The NY Times has a nice expose on a recent fraud from France: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/21/business/aristophil-lheritier-rare-books.html

The details are the usual: class friction, greed, and unscrupulous men feeding it, with a few novel twists. It is a good read and a cautionary tale. There are also some good investment tips in the comments.

Last night we saw BJM's Dance Me at the the Burlington PAC and it was wonderful. Listening to Leonard Cohen songs while modern dancers are performing choreography by three different masters is sublime. There were a few gimmicky numbers (the dance with staffs or the typewriter+moving lips), but overall it was really good, especially the duo parts by their principal artists (Yosmell Calderon and Céline Cassone).
