Dream about air balloon in dystopian world

I dreamt that I was part of a small family group that recently joined another. We had to take an air balloon to flee some danger and someone from the other group that joined us, in their attempt to shoot at a danger lurking above the balloon, punctured the balloon, we had to do a quick landing and seek shelter. The best we could find was a very small windowless room that we were not even sure we could barricade.
