Notice location (black thick line on topo map North of Cypress Creek, just North of Moore Rd) of cabins near the levee at the bottom. It does not take a lot of imagination to envision what would happen when a lot of water came down that creek and the location of the cabins between high banks with a levee that would function a water disperser over the entire cabin low-lying area.
