Yesterday, Eddie and I walked to Morrison Beach, then along the shore for 500m to Nelles Park (first time for me as Lake Ontario was relatively calm and at about 64.7m level) and on the way back a very large spotted bird (2+ ft wing span, likely a hawk or owl) flew above us only 12-15ft above ground. Today, on our usual one mile morning loop, I spotted a large black bird (3+ ft wing span) and white neck/head soaring at about 40 ft high along the shore. It was a bald eagle most likely. I did not take pics of either bird.
