Mangy Mango and his lackeys are fiddling while New Rome is burning

Apparently, while New Rome is burning down, Mangy Mango, his lackeys, fanboys and rubber stampers are busy with a 90,000 sq ft addition to the 55,000 sq ft main residence, with $400M+ private “donations” from tech bros, crypto and military contractors and another $350M in diverted funds from the Secret Service and the White House Military Office, which clarifies at least in part the canceling of Secret Service protection from Kamala Harris, Biden officials and former officials who crossed the Big Cheddar.

This reminds me of my dad’s 3,000 sq ft addition to his 1,000 sq ft home which he pulled off way back in the ‘00s in order to work around the local building codes and high permitting fees, which is not that different from the current news item save for maybe circumventing Congress on constitutional purse issues, but who cares anymore anyway. At least my dad’s addition was funded honestly, with his family savings, and not with bribes disguised as donations or misappropriated funds.
