We saw them in concert twice: once over 25 years ago in Columbus Ohio as part of the Gypsy Caravan tour in March 1999 (where their opening number was this gem from Nicolae Neacșu playing the "buhai") and once as a standalone act a few years later in Boston area. About the Gypsy Caravan, Jasmine Dellal made a documentary in 2006 named When the Road Bends. Neacșu's "buhai" violin playing-style can be seen twice in this 1994 concert.
