Fall Equinox 2025

I wanted to do something different this fall equinox, so I looked for a classical musical piece on the Equinox, and I found this wonderful short (7') and sweet piece written by Katahj Copley in 2021 and performed even more recently. In truth, I really wanted to start my day with वृक्षासन facing the sun at sunrise, but I was busy feeding the pets, and getting ready to go to an appointment (which coincidentally and almost accidentally helped me improve my body's vertical balance).
