5km+2km loops, and offer on 11 acre hobby farm

Yesterday, Eddie and I walked a 5km loop all the way to Debora in the morning and another shorter 2km usual loop to Murray Park and back.

We also put in an offer at asking for a 11 acre property ($630k) in Norfolk County (between Delhi and Simcoe) and we upped the offer to $678k this morning. There were 7 other competing offers and the valuation is around $700k, so most likely we will not get this property.
