This morning, pup and I did a 5 km loop in 100 minutes that included a 800-m lake shore leg from Morrison Crescent to the 265-ft lake frontage 2.4 acres $3.7M (was ~~$4.7M~~) land only property at 163 Lake St for sale for about one year (and which had recent clearing and a 12-ft wide graded path done at the West end for smoother lake access as most of the property has a 20+ ft steep drop-off at the shore and which is sold together with $2.95M 165 Lake St 4BR 4BA 300+m2 house on 0.8 acres). This was the longest walk we did so far along the lake shore in Grimsby.
