American marketing/culture has simultaneously reached its apogee and, from the vantage point of the far-penetrating American BK/MickeyD h'ot cuisine, the most virgin people of Earth: Greenland indigens, Thailand villagers and Budeşti villagers from Romania. The BK-sponsored missionaries were led by a 40-year marketing veteran, a former Z-boy. The climax was a native giving a fitting offering to the traveling troupe, a sheepskin coat, even though they probably deserved nine or twelve coats.
